 I know I have available funds in my account, however, my credit card was declined.
 As a security measure, the transaction will be declined if the billing address for your credit card does not match the billing address you provided us. Check your credit card statement against the billing address you provided us for accuracy.
 How do I delete unwanted items in my cart?
 Click on 'View Cart'. Check the unwanted item and click 'Remove'. Your shopping cart will refresh, removing the unwanted item.
 What confirmations should I expect after placing my order?
 An email confirmation of your order from Imaginary Greetings, Inc. will be sent to you provided your SPAM filter does not block us.
 How are your products shipped?
 Our products are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We offer three shipping options: First Class, Priority and Express Mail.
 Do you ship to military addresses?
 Yes! We ship to APO / FPO military addresses.
 How are shipping costs determined?
 The overall shipping cost is based on the item, shipping method, delivery address and whether additional items are being combined. Actual shipping costs are determined by the United States Postal Service.
 Can I ship items in the same order to different addresses?
 Yes! After placing each item in your cart, you will be prompted to enter the desired shipping address for that item.
 How do I cancel my order?
 Please send us a support ticket immediately with your request. We will do our best to cancel the order. However, during this busy season, we process orders quickly and may be unable to cancel it.
