 When I go to verify the pronunciation of the name I have chosen, I get an error message that says my session has timed out. How do I fix this?
Solution

We have recently discovered this error and it appears to affect those who use the Internet Explorer 7 browser.  This error has to do with allowing 3rd party cookies.  To fix this problem, complete the following:

  • At the top of your browser, click on "Tools".
  • In the drop-down box, click on "Internet Options".
  • Select the "Privacy" tab.
  • Click on "Advanced".
  • Check the box next to "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" in order to "Always Allow Session Cookies".
  • Click "OK".
