	When I go to verify the pronunciation of the name I have chosen, I get an error message that says my session has timed out. How do I fix this?

Solution

We have recently discovered this error and it appears to affect those who use the Internet Explorer 7 browser. This error has to do with allowing 3rd party cookies. To fix this problem, complete the following:

At the top of your browser, click on "Tools".
In the drop-down box, click on "Internet Options".
Select the "Privacy" tab.
Click on "Advanced".
Check the box next to "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" in order to "Always Allow Session Cookies".
Click "OK".
