Solution One of the unique aspects of Letters from Santa Claus is they carry the commemorative Santa Claus postmark only available from Santa's Official Post Office in Santa Claus, Indiana. This picture postmark, designed by children, is only available from December 1st through December 24th at which time it is retired never to be used again. All letters from Santa will be mailed beginning on the day this postmark becomes available.

IMPORTANT:

If you choose the Express Mail option this means that once your letter is mailed the delivery time is greatly reduced and, in fact, guaranteed by the USPS to be delivered in two days or less. Please allow time for processing your order and creating your letter which applies to all letters regardless of the postage option chosen.

Also, please understand that as much as we would sometimes like to we can not control the efficiency of the U.S. Postal Service or the postal services abroad so the exact arrival date is impossible for us to say. However, keep in mind that we see first hand a delay in mail delivery around the holidays every year so be sure to get your letters ordered as soon as possible to insure delivery before Christmas.
