	Santa called but the caller ID did not say 'North Pole'.

Solution In rare cases, the 'North Pole' was not displayed on the caller ID of a few customers. The number from which Santa calls is listed as 'North Pole' and should read this on your caller ID. However, it is up to your local phone provider to update their records, in order for this to be displayed.� Additionally, if the call from Santa is going to a cell phone, the 'North Pole' will not be displayed as long as that specific number is not programmed into the cell phone.
