I am concerned about sharing my child's name and address. Is this safe?
Solution Very good question and a valid concern. However, you should know that most of us here are parents of young children ourselves and we take your privacy very seriously. Our network of servers is closely monitored 24 hours a day and is strictly protected using industry leading encryption technology and our own dedicated professional grade firewall hardware eliminating the possibility of unauthorized access. Anyone entering our system has to supply personal identifying login information over a secure (SSL) connection. This is so we know who is on our system at all times. Also, only the absolute necessary high level personnel have access to your data which is only ever used to process your requests. This information is never shared with any third party for any reason other than those required to fulfill your order requests. All of our data is stored on dedicated enterprise class database servers which is restricted only to our use. These machines are physically locked in metal cages, watched 24/7 by close circuit monitoring in our data center secured by a combination of magnetic door locks and biometric hand scanners. Everyone entering must both have an access card and must pass a biometric scan of the back of their hand. Then, a key is required to access our server racks.
